When can I return POS terminal devices to iCard?

As a Reseller of iCard, you may return POS terminal devices to iCard under the conditions specified in your Reseller Agreement. Please ensure that all of the following requirements are met before initiating a return:

  • The POS terminal device is still within the warranty period;
  • The seal label of the device is intact (not removed or damaged);
  • No parts are missing or damaged, including screws and external components;
  • The manufacturer barcode label is present and undamaged;
  • The device has not been physically damaged by the Merchant (e.g., broken screen, casing damage, liquid exposure, etc.);
  • The device has been used in accordance with the operational guidelines, such as being charged only with the original charger provided at the time of purchase.

If all the above conditions are fulfilled, you may proceed with the return as per the process outlined in your Reseller Agreement.
