What should I do if the client claims that the device requires setting up APN?

In case the device shows a message requiring an APN, this means that the SIM card settings should be set up again. You can assist the client by following these steps:

  1. The terminal will display a field for entering an APN. Advise the client to enter ‘WSIM’.
  2. Then, in the next step, the terminal will ask for a username and password. Advise the client to leave these fields empty and then press the ‘Enter’ key.
  3. The client should wait until the device tries to establish the connection.

Once the connection check passes successfully, the merchant will be able to use the terminal to accept card payments again.
