What is the warranty period of the physical terminal?

The warranty period of the device is defined by you as a Reseller of iCard Physical POS terminals. It is recommended that this warranty period aligns with the term provided by iCard and specified in your Reseller Agreement. We recommend one year from the date of purchase or activation of the POS terminal.

In addition to the warranty, you must establish a Return Policy. This policy should clearly state that you, as a Reseller, are not liable for any damages or defects resulting from improper use, accidents, malicious damage, hazardous environments, excess humidity, liquid ingress, electrical stress, or other environmental conditions not typically found in a normal and safe working setting.

During the warranty period, you are responsible for replacing defective POS terminals free of charge, in accordance with the conditions outlined in your Return Policy and your Reseller Agreement with iCard.

Returned devices must be in the original packaging, including all parts and accessories (e.g., SIM card, charger, battery, cables), and must be properly packed for courier shipment to protect against mechanical damage during transit.

Please ensure these requirements are met if the device needs to be sent to iCard for further inspection or repair.

Important: In the event of any POS terminal device replacement, it is essential to inform iCard so that this operation can be properly registered in our Financial system and the necessary adjustments can be made. Please notify us at partners.portal@icard.com
