How can I assist the client in sending device logs for technical review?

In case the client has a technical issue that requires sending logs of the device, you can assist them by following the steps below: 

  1. Ask the client to open the ‘Settings’ menu on the terminal.
  2. Then, they should press the ‘Next’ button until they see the ‘Send log by Internet’ option.
  3. The client should wait until they see a message for a successful operation. 

This will send the logs from the device to the iCard team for further technical review.
