What should I do if the terminal shows a message that it is not activated?

If the device shows a message that it is not activated, this means the POS terminal is not fully set up and cannot accept card payments yet.

This usually happens when the terminal is handed over to the merchant before iCard has confirmed that it has been successfully activated and is ready to use.

Please make sure you’ve received our activation confirmation before handing the device to the merchant.

If you have already received confirmation and the message still appears, contact us and share a clear photo of the message on the screen, along with the terminal’s serial number. This will help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
