What are the requirements for a defective POS Terminal to be sent for repair by iCard?

To be eligible for repair by iCard, the request must meet the conditions outlined in your Reseller Agreement.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • The damage is related to the software of the POS terminal; or
  • The device is in a tampered state (i.e., the terminal is locked and displays only a tamper message); or
  • The damage affects replaceable parts, such as the receipt paper holder and cover, battery, or battery cover.

Important: The POS terminals will be accepted for repair only if the returned package includes both the device and the SIM card.

The courier costs for sending defective terminals to and from iCard are your responsibility.
