The iCard Partners Portal is a dedicated platform designed for our trusted partners. As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. Our seamless process ensures that we can efficiently expand our network and grow our businesses together.
What information do I need to provide for the store location and terminal?
When creating a request for a physical terminal, you should enter the following details:
- Store Details – the name and physical address of the store where the terminal will be used (e.g. restaurant, market, retail shop, or service centre). This should be the exact location where card payments will be accepted.
- Contact Details – the name, mobile number, and e-mail of the designated contact person responsible for terminal setup and support.
- Terminal Details – the billing descriptor (which will appear on the client’s bank statement when they make a payment) and the terminal's serial number (optional at this stage).
The system allows you to register multiple stores and assign multiple terminals if needed. While you’re setting up the store, you can add additional terminals by clicking the ‘+Add physical terminal’ button.
