The iCard Partners Portal is a dedicated platform designed for our trusted partners. As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. Our seamless process ensures that we can efficiently expand our network and grow our businesses together.
How can I add another device for a merchant with a business account who already accepts payments?
If the merchant already has at least one active physical terminal, you can request additional devices through the iCard Partners Portal at any time.
If the new device will be used in an existing store:
In case the store is already added to the Partners Portal and the merchant is already accepting payments there, follow these steps:
- Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
- From the dashboard, select the ‘Business accounts’ section.
- From the list, find your client and select the three dots on the right side.
- Select the ‘Add store / POS terminals’ button.
- You will see a list of all store locations. Find the one you wish to add an additional terminal for and click the ‘Add terminal’ button.
- Enter the billing descriptor and the device serial number and click on the ‘Add’ button.
If the new device will be used at a new location:
In case the merchant wants to start accepting card payments at a location that hasn’t been added yet, first add the new store and then link the device to it. Here’s how:
- Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
- From the dashboard, select the ‘Business accounts’ section.
- From the list, find your client and select the three dots on the right side.
- Select the ‘Add store / POS terminals’ button.
- Click the ‘+ Add store location and terminal’ button.
- You will need to provide information about the new store location and details about the devices that will be used in this store.
- Once all details are entered, click on the ‘Save’ button.
Please note that we need to review all newly added details about the new store locations and additional metrics, as well as tо set up the new devices before they are handed over to the merchant. You will receive an e-mail notification once the process has been completed.
