How can I submit a request for аn iCard physical terminal with a Business account bundle service?

You can offer your clients an iCard Bundle Service by submitting a request for a physical POS terminal along with a new business account application from the iCard Partners Portal. You just need to fill in the information as you usually do for new applications, and then provide key details for the physical terminal request by following these steps:

  1. Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
  2. Click the ‘+New’ button on the Dashboard and then choose the first option ‘Add a business client (+POS)’.
  3. Enter the business details, including company information and related persons. Read more about the required details here.
  4. Go to the ‘Physical Terminal’ tab to proceed with the request.*
  5. Choose the currency for payment processing and set a tariff that will be applied to the merchant.
  6. Provide key details, including a description of the goods and services offered, expected monthly transaction volume and sales range. These details are essential for the merchant onboarding process. Learn more about the required information in the Physical Terminal Application Booklet.
  7. Select the payment frequency, which determines how often the merchant will receive settlements to the iCard Business account.
  8. Click the ‘+ Add store location and terminal’ button and fill in information about the store location and details about the devices that will be used in this store. Keep in mind that you can add multiple stores for the same merchant by following the same steps.
  9. Once all details are entered, submit the request for the client’s review.

Please note that while your request is in ‘Draft’ status, you can edit details or add new stores and terminals. Once submitted, you won’t be able to make changes.

*Note that this information is optional and should only be provided if your client wants to accept card payments via iCard physical terminals. If they only need an iCard Business account, this step can be skipped.
