How can a client with an iCard Business account track the processed transactions from the terminal?
Once transactions are successfully processed, the funds will be settled into the merchant's iCard Business account. However, this account only shows the total settlement amount, without the applicable fees for accepted card payments according to the Physical POS Tariff, and does not provide detailed transaction breakdowns for the processed payments.
To track details about each processed card payment and gain deeper insights, merchants can use our dedicated analytical platform iCard Direct. This web-based dashboard offers tracking of transactions processed through all terminals linked to the merchant’s account.
iCard Direct is a powerful tool that enables merchants to easily check their activity, view vital business metrics, and access detailed accounting and statistical data.
The key features of iCard Direct include:
- Monitoring of transaction volumes*;
- Automated reports, statements, and exports;
- Detailed breakdowns of approved and non-captured transactions, along with any chargebacks received.

*Please note that when a card payment is processed on the terminal, it takes a few minutes for all details to become visible.
