How many different tariffs can I offer to my clients, and how are they structured?

We offer a flexible and customizable pricing model tailored to your clients' needs. You can request to define several tariffs with different rates, allowing you to select the most suitable option for each merchant based on their business model.

Each client tariff includes two main categories:

• POS payments fees - these are the rates applied for accepting payments;
• Other fees - these are the charges that may apply for specific operations such as chargebacks, reversals and refunds.

Payment fees consist of two components - a percentage fee based on the transaction amount + a fixed add-on fee, while the charges for additional operations are usually defined as a fixed fee.

The rates for POS payments vary based on several factors related to the card used for the transaction. These include the type of card, the country of issuance, whether the card is consumer or commercial, and other specifics such as the presence of domestic card schemes or local card processors in the country.

The following key factors determine the applicable pricing tiers:

• Payment card category: Consumer or Commercial
• Payment card type:  Debit, Credit or Prepaid
• Country of issuance: Different charges apply for cards issued in the EU countries, Domestic transactions or for cards issued outside the EU

The specific terms related to the POS terminal features and conditions that will be negotiated with you, as an Intermediary of iCard AD, are outlined in your Intermediary Agreement. You may be eligible for more than one tariff rate option, depending on your clients' needs and your overall business strategy.
