Can I edit the details of my request?

You can edit the details of your request while it is in ‘Draft’ status. However, once it is submitted, no further changes can be made, and the application will be sent to our team for review.

Please note that if you have not added the device serial number while submitting the application, you will be able to provide it later once the application is approved.

If you need to update any details for an already submitted application, please send an e-mail to partners.portal@icard.com.
