What are the most common reasons for a declined request?

There are several common reasons why a request might be declined. Here are some of them:

  • We have declined the bundled application and can’t offer a business account to the client. For example, when we haven’t managed to obtain the requested information and/or can’t confirm the identity of the legal representative or any other related persons of the company;
  • The provided documents do not meet certain requirements, or essential documents are missing;
  • The business activity and the goods/services offered do not align with iCard’s accepted business categories;
  • The request may be declined if the company, any of its directors, shareholders, or related parties are listed in sanction lists, other adverse databases, or appear in negative media. 

Keep in mind that these are some of the most common reasons, but the list is not exhaustive and other factors may also apply.
