As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. What should I do if the request is rejected?
As a licensed financial institution, we must follow strict procedures and may reject a request for a physical terminal if it doesn’t meet our requirements.
Usually, this may happen because the merchant’s business activity falls under a category which does not align with our internal rules. You may check the list of prohibited activities here.
In such cases, we are unable to provide our payment processing services to the client. If this happens, the request will be marked as ‘Declined’ in the ‘Physical Terminals’ section of the iCard Partners Portal Dashboard.
