Which persons have to be identified and what are the steps for their online identification via the iD app?

When you submit an application for a POS-only, the identification of the legal representative or authorized signatory who will be granted access to the iCard Direct platform is a mandatory step of the process.

Here is a summary of how the identification process goes:

  1. You submit the request through the iCard Partners Portal without completing the identity verification process at that stage, which is the main difference compared to the bundled service application process.
  2. An iCard employee reviews the details and sends the identification request.
  3. The individuals required to pass the identification process will receive an e-mail notification with their unique 9-digit code and instructions to complete the process using the iD app by iCard.

The legal representative or authorized signatory will receive a request for online identification via the iD app after the POS-only application is submitted by you.
