Can I submit a request for an iCard business account if my client is using a physical terminal already?

If your client wants to open an iCard Business account after the request for a physical terminal has already been submitted, you will need to create a separate application following the steps here. The system will require the legal representative/ authorized person to pass again online video identification via the iD app by iCard.
