The iCard Partners Portal is a dedicated platform designed for our trusted partners. As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. How can a client with payouts to an external account track the processed transactions?
Once transactions are successfully processed, the funds will be settled into the merchant's external account, which you have provided for payouts. Please note that your client will receive the total settlement amount via bank transfer.
To track details of each processed card payment and gain deeper insights, merchants can use our dedicated analytical platform iCard Direct. This is a web-based platform that enables merchants to easily track their activity, view vital business metrics, and access detailed accounting and statistical data.
The key features of iCard Direct include:
- Monitoring of transaction volumes*;
- Automated reports, statements, and exports;
- Detailed breakdowns of approved and non-captured transactions, along with any chargebacks received.

*Please note that when a card payment is processed on the terminal, it takes a few minutes for all details to become visible.
