The iCard Partners Portal is a dedicated platform designed for our trusted partners. As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. Our seamless process ensures that we can efficiently expand our network and grow our businesses together.
How can the merchant gain access to the iCard Direct platform?
Once the merchant's first terminal is set up, the person designated as the account holder during the application process — the user with access to iCard Direct — will be granted access to the platform. We will create the user’s account and send them an e-mail with instructions on how to access the platform. For security reasons, a temporary password will be sent via SMS to the client’s linked phone number. The merchant will then be required to set up a new password during their first login.
To log in to iCard Direct, the user should use the following link.
To add additional users to iCard Direct, the merchant has to send a request via e-mail to partners.portal@icard.com, including the user’s full name, e-mail address (for login), and phone number (used to generate login credentials). Each new user has to be identified as part of our secure onboarding process.
