The iCard Partners Portal is a dedicated platform designed for our trusted partners. As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. Our seamless process ensures that we can efficiently expand our network and grow our businesses together.
Who has to fill in a Power of Attorney declaration?
In case the person opening the account is not a director or a beneficial owner of the company, the Power of Attorney declaration is a mandatory document for all other authorised signatories such as accountants, legal counsels or other employees who are authorised to act on behalf of the company.
This document contains a statement where the owner/director grants the account holder consent to open and manage the iCard for Business account.
When adding an account holder, they will have to fill it in if they are an authorised person. If so, you can download the template from the iCard Partners Portal and send it to the client.
Once they are done, upload it back to their file by following these steps:
- Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
- Go to the Dashboard, section ‘Applications’.
- Find the company in the table below and from the three dots choose ‘Edit details’.
- Open the ‘Related persons’ section and from the three dots click on ‘Edit details’.
- Scroll down to the ‘Power of Attorney’ section and choose ‘Upload’.
