Should I upload additional documents once the application is in review by the iCard’s team?
Based on the specific needs of the application or the nature of your client’s business, we may require additional information or documentation. This could involve copies of contracts, licenses, permits, leases, or other pertinent documents.
When such information is needed, the client will receive an email from us detailing the required documents. They will need to upload these documents via their account on the iCard for Business platform. If they encounter any issues while uploading, you can assist by uploading the documents through the Partners Portal.
