The iCard Partners Portal is a dedicated platform designed for our trusted partners. As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. Our seamless process ensures that we can efficiently expand our network and grow our businesses together.
Do I need to upload any documents before submitting the application?
Please keep in mind that you can provide additional documents to speed up the verification process before submitting the application.
These could be any additional documents for the specific type of business such as but not limited to:
- A Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Proof of address with the names and residential address of the Account holder and/or Legal representatives
- Power of Attorney (in case the account holder is another authorised person)
- Licenses and permits, etc.
This is not a mandatory step but it will speed up the process. Keep in mind that you can upload documents at any time before submitting the application by following these steps:
- Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
- Go to the Dashboard, section ‘Applications’.
- Find the company in the table below and from the three dots choose ‘Edit details’.
- Open the ‘Required documents’ section.
- Choose the type of file you want to upload from the drop-down menu.
- Then click ‘Choose file’ and select the document from your computer.
