What statuses can the company registration fall into?

When you add a new company, you will be able to track its progress from the iCard Partners Portal on the Dashboard, section ‘Applications’. Here’s what the different statuses mean:

  • Draft - when you have added a new company but still haven’t finished filling out all the details or some of the related persons haven’t finished the identification process successfully
  • Submitted (Client confirmation) - when you have finished filling out the application and have submitted it for review and approval by the account holder. In this status, the application has not yet reached the iCard’s team.
  • Returned - the application has been returned by the account holder for correction. In this case, you have to get in touch with them, make the necessary changes and resubmit the application
  • In review - when the account holder has approved the application and it has been submitted for final approval by the iCard’s team
  • Approved - the iCard’s team has approved the application and the client’s business account is fully active
  • Declined - the client cannot be verified by the iCard’s team
