What should I do if the application is rejected?

As a licensed financial institution, we must follow strict procedures and may reject the application if it doesn’t meet our requirements. In such cases, we will notify your client via email that we are unable to provide our services. You will also see the application marked as 'Rejected' in the 'Applications' section of the iCard Partners Portal Dashboard.
