What should I do if the application is returned for correction?

Once your client has returned the application for corrections, you will receive an e-mail and will have to log into the iCard Partners Portal to edit the details. Please follow these steps to do so:

  1. Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
  2. Go to the Dashboard, section ‘Applications’.
  3. Find the company in the table below and choose ‘Edit details’ from the three dots.
  4. Make the necessary changes and then submit the application once again.

Once you have finished filling out the application and have submitted it for review, the account holder will be required to review and confirm the details again.
