Where can the 'iD app by iCard' be found and downloaded?
The ‘iD app by iCard’ is available both on Google Play and App Store. To download the app, simply search for ‘iD by iCard’ in the respective store or follow these links:
Please keep in mind that there are compatibility requirements for the device on which the app will be downloaded and installed.
- For devices running Android OS the minimum required version is 7.0 (Nougat) or higher
- For iOS, the app can be installed only on iPhones with iOS version 15.0 or newer
If the person who needs to verify their identity with the ‘iD app by iCard’ does not have a device meeting the criteria mentioned above, we suggest ensuring the app is installed on a phone that is compatible with these requirements. You can then assist the client with the identification process before initiating it.
