How do I generate a new identification code?

In case the previous identification has failed or the identification code is no longer active, you have to generate a new one. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
  2. On the Dashboard, section ‘Applications’, find the company and click on the three dots.
  3. Choose the option ‘Edit details’.
  4. Go to the section ‘Related persons’ and find your client.
  5. Click on the ‘Generate new code’ button on the right of their name.
  6. Copy the unique code from the dialogue and send it to the client.
