Where can I find my client’s identification code?

If your client hasn’t received an e-mail with their unique 9-digit code, you can find it in the iCard Partners Portal by following these steps:

  1. Log into the iCard Partners Portal from here.
  2. On the Dashboard, section ‘Applications’, find the company and click on the three dots.
  3. Choose the option ‘Edit details’.
  4. Go to the section ‘Related persons’ and find your client.
  5. You will see their unique code on the right of their name.
