What agreements do I need to sign with iCard when becoming a reseller?

Once you’re approved to offer our financial solutions to merchants, you will be required to sign:

  • Frame Agreement for Intermediation Services – this contract governs the provision of intermediation services between you and iCard AD for offering the iCard Business Account solution and accepting card payments service to merchants. It outlines your role as an Intermediary, the terms of cooperation, and the requirements for onboarding clients to iCard’s financial system.
  • General Terms and Conditions for Intermediation services - with this document, iCard engages you as our Intermediary to provide intermediation services for sourcing new clients for iCard’s financial services and processing card payments. The Intermediary undertakes to facilitate the onboarding of new clients by assisting in the conclusion of contracts between iCard and potential clients for iCard’s services. In return for successfully sourcing and onboarding new clients, you will receive remuneration from iCard, as specified in your agreement.
  • Frame Agreement for reselling POS terminal devices - this document outlines the terms and conditions for reselling iCard’s physical POS terminals. It will detail your responsibilities, the scope of your reselling activities, and the general conditions under which you will operate as an iCard reseller.
  • Appendixes for Commissions - these appendixes define the commission rates used to calculate the remuneration you will receive for the active iCard Business Accounts, based on the number of successfully onboarded and active business clients and for specific operations performed by your referred clients. If you sign an agreement for Reseller, you also will be provided with different commission structures for transactions processed through iCard POS terminals used by your clients, depending on the agreed rates between iCard AD and you.
