The iCard Partners Portal is a dedicated platform designed for our trusted partners. As a partner, you can easily create applications for business accounts and request physical terminals, providing a complete solution for your clients. Our seamless process ensures that we can efficiently expand our network and grow our businesses together.
I forgot my password. How to reset it?
If you have forgotten the password to your account on the iCard Partners Portal, you will need to contact our team at partners.portal@icard.com. We will make the necessary adjustments and you will shortly receive an e-mail with additional instructions. Please follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Open the e-mail notification that you received from us.
- Click on the ‘Reset password’ button.
- You will be asked to create a new password for your account. Make sure that it is a strong one with a minimum length of 8 characters and that it includes at least 1 lower case and upper case letter, as well as a number, and a special character.
- Keep in mind that you will need to set up a new 2-factor authentication. Open your Authenticator app and scan the QR code from the received e-mail.
- Then, enter the 6-digit authentication code, generated from the Authenticator app to confirm the change.
