How can I reset my 2-factor authentication?
If you can no longer use the 2-factor authentication you have previously set, you will need to contact our team at partners.portal@icard.com. We will make the necessary adjustments and you will shortly receive an e-mail with additional instructions. Please follow the steps below to set up your 2-factor authentication once again:
- Open the e-mail notification that you received from us.
- Use the Authenticator app on your phone to scan the QR code from the e-mail.
- Once you have set up a new 2-factor authentication, you'll be able to log in to the iCard Partners Portal.
