How can I activate my access to the iCard Partners Portal?

Once you have been approved by iCard AD and you sign the necessary agreements with us, our team will create a login to iCard Partners Portal.

You will receive a notification to the provided e-mail address containing all the steps you need to follow to activate your access to the iCard Partners Portal.

Before you start, make sure that you have an Authenticator app installed on your mobile device as you will need it to set up a 2-factor authentication for your account. We suggest using a trusted application such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy. These apps are available for free both on the App Store and Google Play.

Then, follow the steps below to set up your account:

  1. Open the e-mail that you received and scan the QR code with the Authenticator app on your mobile device. Alternatively, you can copy the provided code and paste it into the app to set up the authentication manually.
  2. Confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the ‘Confirm e-mail’ button from the received e-mail.
  3. You will be asked to create a password for your account. Make sure that it is a strong one with a minimum length of 8 characters and that it includes at least 1 lower and upper case letter, as well as a number, and a special character.
  4. As a last step, you will be asked to authenticate your access. Open the Authenticator app on your mobile device and enter the one-time generated 6-digit code.
